Job Title: Senior Global Compensation Analyst
Location: Irvine, CA
Summary – Responsibilities include the development, implementation, and maintenance of all components of pay (base and incentive/bonus) programs in the US and internationally for executive and non-executive populations. Evaluates roles, compensation packages and other programs, keeps abreast of legislation, trends, advances and/or new technology and makes recommendations for changes and improvements. Provides compensation advice and counseling to HR management who provide counseling to employees and managers. Participates in compensation surveys and ensures competitive pay practices are maintained. Works with external vendors to develop and/or administer compensation programs or systems. May provide project leadership and process leadership to other compensation team members.
Requirements ‑ Extensive working and practical knowledge of a wide variety of compensation techniques, theory, and practices. Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, finance, accounting, or human resources. A minimum of seven years of experience and exposure to the field of compensation, preferably at a global company. International experience strongly preferred. CCP desirable. Strong analytical skills; ability to develop complex compensation analysis required. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Workday and MarketPay experience desirable. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required. Ability to work effectively and in diverse work groups with all levels of management.
