    Job Title: Analyst


    Location: Remote – Orange County


    Job Summary:


    The main function of this position is to support efforts around workforce analytics, data reporting and compensation analysis for clients through the use of a variety of systems (ADP Workforce Now (WFN), SuccessFactors, Paycom, Howard Simon, Ceridian, etc.). In addition, this position will be responsible for maintaining efficacy of dashboards, scorecards, ongoing analysis and supporting the team in project work. As support to HR consultants, this role will identify administrative efficiencies and opportunities for automation, as well as execute activities to implement defined improvements. 


    Job Duties and Responsibilities:   

    An HR Analyst at Cura HR may support our clients in any number of human resources analyst functional areas, including: 

  • ·       Workforce & data analytics 
  • ·       HRIS data support 
  • ·       Reporting & compliance 
  • ·       Compensation support 
  • ·       Process improvement



Job Requirements:    

Who You Are: 

The Human Resources Data Analyst should possess the following core competencies: 

  • Data collection & synthesis skills 
  • Critical thinking & problem-solving skills 
  • Ambiguity & swift learning skills 
  • 2+ years’ experience focused on HR data analytics (systems and/or compensation analysis) 
  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of work experience 
  • Proven ability to prioritize needs and provide excellent care and customer service to team members and clients 
  • Equipped to work with different functional teams and cater communication depending on audience 
  • Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel (including functions/formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUP) 
  • Ability to learn new tools and HRIS platforms quickly 
  • Excellent communicator – Cura HR is a remote work force; applicants must be diligent about constant communication with the team
