The CareerConnect@OCCABA  is a no charge service to connect job seekers with employers that have job openings in Total Rewards related roles.

Beginning in 2021, CareerConnect@OCCABA will link the posting directly to your company's job listing. In addition to the details about the available position, it can be helpful for candidates to learn more about your company. If you provide us a link to the general information page, we will add it as well.

To submit a career opportunity, please complete the online request form. You can contact us at jobs@occaba.org if you need additional with the form. Your career opportunity is also posted on LinkedIn under OCCABA's profile. Be sure to follow us on LinkedIn.

Once an opportunity has been filled, please remember to send us an email so we can remove it from the CareerConnect@OCCABA page. We also remove any opportunity that are posted for six weeks or longer.
