The competition for talent has become more diverse, complex and volatile.

As firms continue to evolve their human capital systems to adapt to this new environment, HR teams need to have their finger on the pulse of market data and trends.  Having a comprehensive approach to benchmarking performance and rewards has become a key component in aligning the human capital strategy with your business strategy. In this session Rob Northway of McLagan, a division of Aon Hewitt will cover:

·         What are the current approaches to market benchmarking?

·         Strategies to benchmark complex/hybrid roles

·         Evolution of the “peer group”

·         How to extract the most value out of the results

At the conclusion of this session, you will leave with the most recent market insights as to how to better obtain and use market data to assist in enhancing your human resources platform.
