Meeting: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. 

The Round Table Discussion provides an opportunity for members to connect and collaborate on common issues and struggles. There will be facilitators available to help guide discussions, but the event will allow for the organic sharing of ideas and group problem solving.

There will be several tables at the event, and each table will feature a different discussion topic. Discussion topics may include the following:

• Compliance with Pay Equity Laws.
• Total Rewards Strategies for Hot Jobs.
• Performance Management/Pay for Performance
• Changing Trends and Laws on Parental Leave
• Emotional Health Management
• Total Rewards Strategies in a hot market--Employee Benefits and Retirement Plans
• Talent Development
• Recognition
  

Attendees are encouraged to bring questions/real life scenarios to discuss with the group.

The event is free for all members; however, we ask that you preregister to determine an accurate attendee count.
